Amazon Music / Experiential / Best Podcasts Of The Year 2023
How do you celebrate another great year of Amazon Music podcasts in enough style to attract press and media attention?
By hosting the Best Podcast Of The Year 2023 Christmas Party at White Rabbit Studios in Shoreditch and inviting a host of podcasters, celebs and influencers to an evening of live entertainment, including two live podcast shows from two of the best shows to make the list!
We created a whole area of collateral in the Best Podcast Of The Year 2023 visual identity, including invite, schedules, food and drinks menus, directional signage and more.
This included a giant mural in the tunnel outside of the entrance showcasing the covers for Amazon Music’s top 10 podcasts of 2023.
We also created a press area for photographers to be able to capture branded shots of our guests arriving.
In Studio 1 we hosted live music from London choir “Some Voices” as guests arrived and between live podcast shows.
Live Podcasts
Our first live podcast in Studio 2 came from Redhanded who also had special guests presenter LaLaLaLetMeExplain join them from inside a backlit box to preserve her anonymity.
Our second live podcast came from +44 featuring guest presenters Chuckie Online and Poet.
Podcast Cover Photo Booths
In Studio 3 we gave guests the opportunity to be guests stars of the live podcast shows with photo booths capturing large scale versions of the cover artwork for them to pose in front of.
After Party
After the final, live podcast show guests partied into the night to Amazon Music tunes via an exclusive Chuckie Online DJ set.
